Phone Theft

September 22, 2022   Approximately 8pm

When I got to the loading bay I saw that it was not some random person removing items, it was Scott Gilbert. Tori was to address the removal and she was to contact council to schedule it. Only Scott and another person were there. I stood away from Scott and asked him why no one contacted council. He was agitated and started walking towards me. I got out my phone and took a photo.

He kept coming towards me so I backed up into the alley to keep space and turned my phone on video. He came up right into my face and you will see in the video below what happened then.
